Within the “schedule control” module, you can view the hours recorded for each employee by clicking on their name. This action will display a new screen where you can see the amount of monthly hours that the employee has worked, using the “clocking” function of the Zeus Employee job app.
In this table you can check the employee’s entry and exit times and check the assigned shifts during the month. This panel will be updated as the employee transfers from his mobile phone. Likewise, the employee’s absences and vacation requests will be automatically recorded.
At the bottom of the screen you will find a table with the summary of the employee’s hours and their breakdown into “hours worked”, “ordinary hours”, “overtime”, “vacations”, “delays” “and” absences “.
Manually add information
You can manually enter the employee’s bookings in a certain time slot by clicking on the button. Each time you press the button, you will create new time slots for the employee.
Once you’re done, click the save button
