Valuations

This section of the Zeus Manager work module allows you to add ratings to your staff. The employee who is evaluated will not be able to view or receive feedback information, only users registered to your Zeus Manager account will be able to access their evaluation through their profile.

To enter a new rating for an employee, click the button

In this new window you will be able to evaluate the employee using a star rating on each established variable. In this space you can also add additional notes for the employee’s evaluation, using the “areas for improvement”, “objectives” or “observations” fields.

Finally, you can also select if you want to renew or continue with the employee’s contract.
