Personal information
In this section you will be able to edit the profile data of any employee that you select from the “personal” sub-module. To make modifications to the employee’s profile, you just need to click the edit button
As in the employee creation process, you must complete the fields marked in red to continue. If you click on the button located in the email box, you will be able to send an email directly to the employee you are editing.
Link employee with the Zeus Employee job app
At the top right of the screen you will find the “activate app” button, this function will help you to link the employee’s mobile device with the Zeus Employee app. To begin with the installation, the employee must have the Zeus app on their mobile device and a valid email account, once you press the Activate App button, the worker will receive a confirmation email. Once you connect, you can start collecting information on your arrival and departure times, your absence and vacation requests.
